Son r\u00f4le est d\u2019apporter une vision d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des dynamiques territoriales, notamment \u00e0 travers l\u2019observation des espaces \u00e0 vocation \u00e9conomiques qui structurent le territoire.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Fort d\u2019un ancrage partenarial reconnu, l\u2019observatoire vise \u00e0 accompagner les acteurs publics dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de leur strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 une gestion durable du foncier \u00e9conomique. Cet appui a permis d\u2019accompagner le processus de recensement et l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une nouvelle m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019inventaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En 2024, le territoire compte 129 ZAE. Ce recensement de terrain a identifi\u00e9 in situ la pr\u00e9sence de 4 433 \u00e9tablissements :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">30 % sur le territoire de la CINOR,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">9 % sur le territoire de la CIREST,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">4 % sur le territoire de la CASUD,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">23 % sur le territoire de la CIVIS,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Et 35 % sur le Territoire de l\u2019Ouest.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Il est <strong>d\u00e9sormais possible pour nos \u00e9lus, techniciens et grand public d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es quantitatives et qualitatives de l\u2019\u00e9volution du foncier \u00e9conomique local<\/strong> au travers d\u2019outils innovants :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Le tableau de bord chiffr\u00e9 des espaces \u00e9conomiques<\/strong>, dont chaque bloc permet de connaitre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles g\u00e9ographiques, les fili\u00e8res d\u2019activit\u00e9s et entreprises pr\u00e9sentes sur une zone d\u2019activit\u00e9s donn\u00e9e, ou encore les typologies d\u2019espaces \u00e9conomiques pr\u00e9sentes sur chaque commune.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
