Et ce, dans un <strong>contexte toujours plus restrictif et suffocant<\/strong>, avec <strong>une envol\u00e9e des prix de l\u2019immobilier, une tension sur le march\u00e9 locatif et la trajectoire de Z\u00e9ro Artificialisation Nette (ZAN) impos\u00e9e par la loi Climat et R\u00e9silience<\/strong> et visant \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019espaces qui accentue la pression d\u00e9j\u00e0 existante sur le foncier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;
